661-5-5451-08-8798 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of the renovation of approximately 1537 square feet west of the main building. This space is currently used as an open office space and male/female restrooms and will be converted into private offices and work areas as well as a small lab, conference room, a storage, and staff breakroom. There is no plan to alter the current building footprint. All areas and spaces east ofthe proposed renovation will remain as they were originally designed and permitted. All questions must be submitted to the issuing office by 3:00 P.M. (MST) on November 22, 2023. All responses to questions will be provided to prospective bidders via addendum on December 4, 2023. Prospective bidders are responsible to contact the office ofthe Town Clerk to be placed on the bidders list in order to receive addenda.
