Project Description Bowling Green State University the Owner requests interested firms to submit qualifications for Design-Build (DB) services for replacement of an existing out of service centrifugal chiller within Central Cooling Plant CCP-3. Central Cooling Plant CCP-3 is located within Olscamp Hall's basement mechanical room and is one of four locations on the BGSU Bowling Green Campus that supplies chilled water into the campus wide buried chilled water distribution system, which supports most buildings on campus.
