Cleaning Services at the Following Locations: City Administrative Services Building Located at 305 North Main Street. Bowling Green Police Division Building Located at 175 West Wooster Street. Municipal Court Building Located at 711 South Dunbridge Road. City Public Restroom Located at 119 South Church Street. the City Will Award a One-year Contract for the Cleaning of the Buildings With an Option to Extend the Contract for an Additional Second and Third Year Upon Mutual Agreement. All Bids Shall Be Signed and Submitted on the Proposal Form Included in the Specifications. Bid Blanks Shall Not Be Removed From the Specifications. Bids Shall State the Lump Sum Price on the Blanks Provided Therefor and Shall Be Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope Marked With the Name of the Bidder and the Caption "Sealed Bid - Cleaning Services." the Bid Must Contain the Name of the Company and Contact Information for the Person Submitting the Sealed Bid, and Be Accompanied by a Properly Executed Non-collusion Affidavit. All Bidders Must File an Affidavit With the Finance Director of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, Attesting That No Delinquent Property Taxes Are Owed in Wood County, State of Ohio. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check Drawn on a Solvent Bank in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Annual Total of the Bid Payable to the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, to Guarantee That if the Bid is Accepted a Contract Will Be Entered Into and Its Performance Properly Secured. Bids Not Accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the Amount Stated Above or Received After the Above Date and Time Will Not Be Considered. the City Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Irregularities in Bidding, and to Determine the Lowest and Best Bid.
