The work to be performed by the Consultant consists of conducting a non-access feasibility study and if required an access revision report (ARR) for the Craig Road and I-90 / Four Lake interchange connection. The study and report shall follow the requirement and process outlined in the Washington State Department of Transportation Design Manual (publication number M 22-01), Chapter 550. Interchange connection / revision description: currently, there is no transportation access to the north of the I-90 / SR 904 / Four Lakes interchange (I/C). The work performed by this project will study I/C access revision to create a new northerly transportation connection from the I/C to Craig Road and provide for a proposed transportation connection to SR 902, Spokane International Airport, Airway Heights, Fairchild Air Force Base, US 2 and other important employment/economic generators. This project has been assigned a 14% mandatory DBE goal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
