Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Delhi, Louisiana. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

Town of Delhi is requesting submittal of qualification statements from professional engineering and planning firms interested in performing professional engineering services at the Delhi Municipal Airport for the project period of approximately five (5) years. Projects are to be submitted to the LA DOTD Aviation Division for approval. The project description include: 1. New Lighting System and Control Panel 2. Runway Obstruction Removal -Phase 2 3. Runway Rehabilitation 4. Fuel Farm 5. Drainage Study 6. Runway Obstruction Removal Phase 3 7. Drainage Improvements 8. Perimeter Security Fencing/Wildlife Fence 9. Apron Reconstruction 10. Agricultural Apron The scope of services may include topographic surveys and preliminary investigations, preparation of preliminary and final construction plans and specifications, cost estimates, grant management, construction administration, bidding services, resident inspection and other special services. These projects are to include project administrative procedures and any additional projects that are funded within time frame of the professional services contract. Project implementation is totally dependent upon DOTD funding. Firms interested in performing these services shall furnish three (3) copies of their statement of qualifications on a Standard Form (SF330). Scoring of the selection criteria shall be on a numerical scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest possible score and 1 being the lowest possible score. The score for each criterion as it relates to this contract. Failure to provide all the information requested might result in the submission being considered non-responsive and the firm will not be given a total score in the evaluation process.
