Design of a roundabout at the intersection of 36th Street and Shaffer Avenue. Right of Way (ROW) acquisition as needed for the construction of the roundabout. Conversion of Shaffer Avenue from a 4-lane road to a 3-lane road (2 travel lanes and a center turn lane). No pavement removal is expected. Mill and Fill of Shaffer Avenue between 32nd Street and 44th Street. Analysis of sight distance and safety measures at Shaffer Avenue and Pfeiffer Woods Drive. Potential design of a roundabout at this location.
