Site, remodel, and new construction for Oakdale Middle School in Rogers AR Work will include the following trades: Demolition, Sitework and Utilities, Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Millwork, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Doors, Frames, Hardware, Overhead Doors, Aluminum Storefront, Glass and Glazing, Metal Framing, Drywall, Ceilings, Gym Wood Floors, Athletic Floors, Epoxy Floors, Carpet and Tile, Painting, Specialties, Metal Lockers, Portable Stage, Food Service Equipment, Sports Equipment, Window Treatments, Musical Casework, Bleachers, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Low Voltage. This project will utilize a Subcontractor Default Insurance policy for Performance and Payment Bonding on subcontractors. The Performance and Payment Bond shall be excluded from the scope of work and base bid for the project. Each subcontractor must be prequalified prior to execution of the subcontract.
