It shall be the intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid to cover the terms and conditions under which a successful Bidder shall be responsible for providing janitorial services including not but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing floors, carpet cleaning, dusting, disinfecting, restocking, clean windows, empty trash, replacing liners, cleaning/sanitizing trash cans and related work as described in the Bidding Documents. BID OPENING DATE: November 15, 2023 @10:00 am 1110 W. Poplar St., Ste A, Rogers, AR 72756 The Arkansas Arts Academy is requesting sealed bids for Janitorial Services. BID SUBMISSION PROCEDURES Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope. The outside of the envelope shall be clearly marked Custodial Services Bid . Late bids will not be accepted. Arkansas Arts Academy will not be responsible for late receipt of bids. Sealed bids must be mailed or delivered. Emailed or faxed bids are not acceptable and will not be considered.
