Mechanical cleaning of a 30" municipal intake, nominally 2,100 linear feet into Cayuga Lake. Clean sediment and zebra mussels from the intake pipe. Document post-cleaning condition with ROV inspection. The Owner's right is reserved to reject all Bids or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount offive (5) percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price(determined by adding the base Bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions. Provisions for liquidated damages, if any, for failure to timely attain a Milestone, Substantial Completion, or completion of the Work in readiness for final payment, are set forth in the Agreement.
