Renovation of a municipal facility in Gering, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Remove the existing membrane from the roof and haul from jobsite for proper disposal. Install new 1/4 gypsum roof coverboard with manufacture approved fasteners and fastening plates. Install new 60 mil. EPDM membrane according to manufacturer specifications and install new pipe, unit and wall flashings; and new prefinished 26 ga. sheet metal flashing where required. Provide on-going and final cleanup of jobsite and grounds. Site Directions: Gering City Hall 1025 P Street Gering, NE 69341 Anticipated Notice to Proceed will be on November 28th. Pre-Qualification: Yes Liquidated damages will be assessed at $200.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which all of the work listed on the punch list is not complete. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The successful Bidder is allowed 30 calendar days to complete the Project from the date of Notice to Proceed.
