Renovation of a municipal facility in Burlington, Ontario. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Projects. Project 3 - 540 Plains Rd East, Burlington Retrofit existing make up air unit to heat using water source heat pumps (WSHP) and install variable speed drive (VSD); Project 4 - 111 Ontario Street N., Milton Replace air make up unit with new heat pump type unit, supplemented by electric resistance heating; and Project 5 - 11 Sargent Rd., Georgetown Replace air make up units with new heat pump type unit, supplemented by electric resistance heating TIMELINE: Project is in design stage. Walkers Line and John Street have been tendered in a separate report. Timelines for tender for the remaining projects are unconfirmed. Further update early spring 2026.
