The Successful Bidder shall provide delivery of: a. Seventy (70) Horseshoe shaped whiteboard activity tables (intended for elementary age students: K-5th Grade) i. Adjustable Height: App. 19" - 30" ii. Length: App. 60" Width: App. 65" iii. Seating Capacity 6-8 iv. Whiteboard (dry-erase) surface b. Four Hundred (400) Adjustable Height 'Wobble' / 'Motion' stools (intended for elementary age students: K-5th Grade) i. Adjustable Height: App. 14" - 20" ii. Neutral Color (Grey, White, etc.) The Scope of Work Must Include but is Not Limited to: Demolishing and Replacement of Specified Overhead Doors and Hardware. The Successful Bidder shall provide a picture of the proposed products and applicable dimensions (including adjustable height increments). All new materials shall be asbestos free and delivered in accordance with the appropriate manufacturer's recommendations. The products will be delivered at a date no later than April 15th, 2024. Delivery is to be completed during days/hours not disruptive to the educational setting. All work under the contact shall be performed by skilled workers in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local governing codes. The Successful Bidder shall be responsible at all times for the work and actions of its employees. No oral, telephonic or facsimile proposals will be considered. No proposals will be considered after time of closing of bids other than an act of God, determined by the district. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all item(s) in the bid; to accept or reject any or all bid(s); to waive any informalities therein; or for any reason, to award the contract to other than the low bidder. If a unit price or extended price is obviously in error and the other is obviously correct, the incorrect price will be disregarded. All bids shall be firm for one hundred eighty days (180) from the date of the bid opening. All bids must include a signed "Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification," "School Safety Initiative," and a "Familial Relationship Disclosure" form (enclosed with documents).
