Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
Construct a covered area for operators to fuel, inspect, and clean equipment. A 12,000 gallon above ground diesel tank will be installed under a canopy. A building will also be constructed that will house a pressure washer and air compressor. Engineer's Estimate: $830,120 The Successful Bidder and all of its subcontractors, regardless of tier, will strictly comply with its obligation to pay a rate of wages on the Project not less than the rate of wages fixed for this Project under Section 4115.04 of the Ohio Revised Code. Additionally, the successful Bidder will comply with all other provisions of Chapter 4115 of the Ohio Revised Code. The County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County.
