Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
This Contract provides that the work involved in this project shall include the following improvements to the existing Columbia Lancaster Park: Construction of concrete curbs and sidewalk; Excavation and grading; Installation of play equipment, bench, picnic table, entrance sign and engineered wood fiber safety surfacing. The following products will be furnished by the City of Vancouver from BCI Burke Co. for the contractor to unload and install: Play Structures, Swing Formis Free 5-12 Climber, REV8 Spinner, Stemplay Activity Frames and Playensemble Musical Equipment. The contractor must be available to offload equipment provided by the City of Vancouver on December 15th, 2023, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Questions Due Date: Nov 16th 2023, 4:00 PM PST The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete by February 29, 2024.
