Renovation of an educational facility in Watsonville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of: removal and disposing of existing HVAC equipment as shown in construction documents. Including the furnishing and installation of new HVAC units. Including the installation of new pelican ts250 t-stat with monitoring and controls. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors' license(s): B OR C-20 RFI Cut Off: Friday, November 10th , 2023 @ 5:00 P.M . All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed via email to the District and Architects via augustine_acosta@pvusd.net and metin@cypresseg.com. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Architect in response to such questions will be issued in writing by Addenda and made available to all parties recorded by the District as having received the Contract Documents or posted on the District's plan holder's website: Watsonville Blueprint. Questions received less than SEVEN (7) calendar days prior to the date for opening bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
