The Lee Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Electrical Contractors for the 667-1, 689-1, 689-6. Fire Alarm Upgrades & Community Building Standby Generator #150075 project, in Lee, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Hesnor Engineering Associates, PLLC. The Project consists of: Fire alarm system upgrade and installation of natural gas standby generator to serve the Community Building at the W.J. Brown Memorial Court (667-3) development. Fire Alarm system upgrades at the Budd House (689-1) and Laurel Street (689-6) developments. The work is estimated to cost $516,640 Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. General Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Deposit That is Not Less Than Five (5%) of the Greatest Possible Bid Amount (Considering All Alternates), and Made Payable to the Lee Housing Authority.
