Reference Number 0000334845 Douglas County ("Owner" or the "County") is issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to solicit commercial and technical proposals ("Proposals") from bidders ("Respondents") for the design, permitting, site preparation and construction of the new DOT Maintenance Facility located at 8249 Chicago Avenue Douglasville, GA 30134 ((the "Project").
