Reference Number 0000333205 Douglas County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms for professional and technical services for the Pine Lake Mobile Home Park Sewer Connection Project (the "Project"). The Project entails construction of approximately 950 linear feet of 8-inch public gravity sewer main from the end of the MHP driveway on Dorsett Shoals Road to the existing public sewer manhole on Queensdale Drive. The routing of this sewer is shown conceptually in red in the map in Appendix A. All work associated with the Project will be performed within Douglas County public Right-of-Way (ROW). The Project is being funded by an American Rescue Plan Act grant awarded to Douglas County. All Project activities shall comply with the Terms and Conditions of this grant award. The Project scope shall include design services, bid phase services, grant administration and compliance services, and provision of record drawings. All services will be "turn key" and require minimal involvement of County personnel.
