PROJECT NUMBER- ClP-22G9900-01 All bids must be accompanied by adequate bid security (certified check, bid bond, or irrevocable letter of credit) drawn in favor of the Authority and in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price, which shall be subject to forfeiture as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the bidder fail to promptly enter into the proposed contract for performance of the Project with the Authority. Question Deadline 11/08/2023 To receive consideration, questions shall be submitted by e-mail to the Senior Procurement Specialist, Joseph Morency, at jmorency@ddcwsa.com, by the close of business at least seven (7) days before the advertised date for receipt of bids. The scope of work includes the provision by the Contractor of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work. The Project will be "turn key" and require minimal involvement of Authority personnel. Coordinating the relocation of existing utilities is also included in the scope of work for the Project. The Project site is located within Douglas County. All work will be performed within Authority easements and/or inside public right of way. All anticipated rights of way and easements required for the Project have been obtained. All anticipated federal, state, and local permits required for the Project have been obtained. The Authority reserves the right to award Phase 1 only or Phases 1 and 2 together, whichever the Authority in its sole discretion determines to be in the Authority's best interest.
