Reference Number 0000330419 Douglas County ("Owner" or the "County") is issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to solicit commercial and technical proposals ("Proposals") from bidders ("Respondents") for the design, permitting, site preparation and construction of the new 4,200 square foot E911 Backup Facility located at parcel 00980250008 which is approximately 2.41 acres on Central Church Road (between 6085 and 6039 Central Church Road), Douglasville, 30134 (the "Project"). Question Acceptance Deadline 10/09/2023 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes -- All questions regarding this bid shall be in writing and submitted electronically Participation Requirements - Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of fifteen percent (15%) has been established for this project *Douglas County reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all bids, to evaluate bids, to accept portions of any bid, and to accept any bid, which in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right to add to or delete from the contract after the contract has been awarded.
