Construct a new fire station (Station 1), approximately 7,600 sf in building size, on a site in the vicinity of the existing Station 1 as indicated in the Construction Documents. The Contractor shall fully construct the new Station 1 as detailed in the Construction Documents. The Contractor is to provide all supervision, equipment, labor and materials necessary to successfully complete the Work as described within this Project Manual (IFB). Work includes, but is not limited to, clearing, sitework, landscaping, demolition, general commercial building construction (foundations and framing in concrete and steel; metal building cladding; storefronts, windows, doors, and sealing; exterior finishes; roofing, and exterior trim; light gauge metal framing; finished interior wall systems; doors & frames and door hardware; interior finishes; security/alerting/communication devices and systems, and other components).
