The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, clearing and grubbing, protection of remaining shrubs, protection of utilities, earthwork, reinforced concrete pad, curb, and associated site work required to complete the Work. It is SacRT's policy that Small Business Enterprises ("SBEs") (defined as a business that has been certified as a small business by the California Department of General Services or any other public agency that certifies small businesses under applicable laws) will have an equal opportunity to participate in the performance of this Contract.
