Site work for a mixed-use development in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Larry Gury Community Park, Phase 2 Project scope of work includes construction of various new levels of development improvements within an existing 15-acre park that includes a Laguna Creek joint use storm water detention basin and previously installed park improvements (Phase 1) of an approximately 15-acre park mostly within a joint use storm water detention basin for Laguna Creek with portions of the work within Phase 1 area of the park. The Phase 2 project improvements will occur both within and around the existing 15-acre detention basin and within the existing Larry Gury Community Park. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of a Certificate of Deposit, Certified or Cashier s Check, Bidder s Bond or Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit, in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the Bidder s Grand Total Bid Price Performance Bond, in an amount not less than 100% of the Grand Total Bid Price, Payment Bond, in an amount not less than 100% of the Grand Total Bid Price. PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENTS All questions prior to award of the Agreement shall be directed to the attention of the undersigned Contract Officer via fax at 916-428-1171 or email at jcano@southgaterecandpark.net. The deadline for submissions of questions and clarifications concerning the Contract Documents is ten (10) days before the deadline for bid submission.
