All written questions and responses will be communicated to the firms who attend the Pre-Proposal Conference. 1.1 The District is requesting SOQ's for Construction Manager at Risk Services to renovate and expand the Westside Middle School Cafeteria. Westside Middle School is located at 8601 Arbor Street, Omaha, Nebraska. 1.2 The project consists of an interior renovation of approximately 6,300 GSF and addition of approximately 4,400 GSF. Sustainable design and construction practices will be used to optimize the learning environment; however LEED certification will not be pursued. Maintaining project timelines and budget will be of the upmost importance. 1.3 While this project is under construction the Staff will remain in the current facility. Phasing plans to be developed to minimize down time for the teachers and students
