Q & A deadline: November 20, 2023 4:00:00 PM EST Contract duration: One Time Purchase Contract renewal: Not Applicable Prices good for: Not Applicable Required Substantial Completion of 250 days or August 28, 2024 Notice ofAward December 1, 2023 Notice to Proceed on or before December 22, 2023 Bid documents available on October 25, 2023 CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, materials not furnished by the OWNER, equipment and incidentals as required for rehabilitation/installation of approximately 4,900 LF of 8-inch via CIPP; approximately 965 LF of 8-inch via Pipe Bursting; approximately 298 LF of 8-inch via Open Cut; Replacement of 6 4-foot diameter precast manholes and installation of 3 new 4-foot diameter precast manholes 236 VF of cementitious lining of 4-foot diameter manholes; and 93 sewer laterals to be reinstated via open cut, CIPP Lateral Lining, Cut and Buff and/or Top Hats. The work shall be completed in strict accordance with the drawings and the Contract Documents. CONTRACTOR will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals as required to restore the Site to a condition equal to or better than the Site condition which existed prior to the initiation of the Work activities. CONTRACTOR shall provide Traffic Control Plan (TCP) and devices as required by the specifications.
