East Bridge Loop - KUB Gas System Improvement - Phase 1 Contract duration: One Time Purchase Contract renewal: Not Applicable Q & A deadline: Nov 30, 2023 4:00:00 PM EST The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects therein. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994, as amended (TCA Title 62, chapter 6). Sealed bid envelope exterior labeling must conform to the requirements of KUB Specification 00140 Paragraph 29. The deposit is five percent (5%) ofthe Bid amount, subject to the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall also be required to execute performance and payment Bonds in such amounts as required by the Bidding Documents, furnished by the bidder and which are used by the bidder, (or the bidder's permitted Subcontractors) in performing the Work. Project entails the installation of approximately 41,000 linear feet of 12" HDPE. Included within said scope of 12" HDPE gas main installation will be 9 creek crossings, 11 road crossings and 24 vegetation clearing areas. The work shall be completed in strict accordance with the drawings and the Contract Documents. CONTRACTOR will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals as required to restore the Site to a condition equal to or better than the Site condition which existed prior to the initiation of the Work activities.
