This solicitation is to establish an Agency Term Contract for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) to furnish Elevator Maintenance and Repair Service for their Rockefeller Refuge location at 5476 Grand Chenier Highway, Grand Chenier, LA 70643. The contract shall be effective for a period of thirty-six (36) months beginning with the date of award. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same price, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed sixty (60) months. For all projects in the amount of $50,000 or more, bids shall be accepted from Bidders who are licensed under La. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of: Specialty: Elevators, Dumbwaiters. Attachment E - Contractor's License Certification Form should be completed and returned with the bid. Failure to comply with this requirement may cause your bid to be rejected. In accordance with La. R.S. 37:2165.C, anyone objecting to the above classification(s) must send a certified letter to both the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors and the Office of State Procurement. The letter must be received no later than ten (10) working days prior to the day on which the bid is to be opened.
