Custodial Contract for FY24-FY25 (December 1, 2023-November 30, 2025) TCJPR Parks Division Facilities: Year-Round Town owned and Parks seasonal restrooms. The work to be performed under this contract shall commence on written Notice to Proceed and shall end on November 30, 2025. That Teton County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive informalities and irregularities in proposals. The bidder understands and agrees that Teton County may elect to award the bids based on the finding of the Fair Manager that Teton County Fair s Cleaning Service needs will be better served. Submit all questions about the job online at website or to Andy Erskine, Parks Manager, at website. All questions will be answered and available for all parties to review. The Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification. Questions received less than six (6) days before the bid opening cannot be answered.
