This competitive solicitation is an invitation to bid (ITB) with The Florida Atlantic University Board of Trustees (hereinafter referred to as the "University" or "FAU") to establish a preapproved qualified firm(s) to provide Mechanical Contracting HVAC equipment, installation, service, & related products on an as needed basis for all locations of the University. Terms: The initial term will be five (5) years, with three (3) optional one-year contract renewals.
