Renovation of an educational facility in Boca Raton, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Florida Atlantic University shall establish a master contract with a pool of pre-qualified firm(s) for painting and weatherproofing services & related products. Contractors shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment needed for services and projects. The scope of this proposal shall include but not limited to the following categories: Painting, spray and rolled (single- and 2-part epoxy paint) Epoxy Floor Paint Waterproofing Caulking Surface preparation services in preparation for painting such as but not limited to pressure washing Paint Stripping and anti-skid surface application Door refinishing (int & ext) Elastomeric Coatings Paver Sealing Include all other products and services as required to complete projects as required such as fume mitigation equipment.
