Provide Labor and Materials to the complete the Oak Hill High School Auditorium Roof Replacement. All bids must be accompanied by an original bid security equal to five (5%) of the total amount bid and must be in the form of a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, Bank Money Order or Bid Bond written by a company licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana. Subject to the provisions of R.S. 38:2211, et seq., the Rapides Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Each bidder, shall submit with their bid satisfactory evidence that they have complied with the requirements of the LA Contractor's Licensing Law, Louisiana R.S. 37:2150, et seq., and are fully qualified to enter into contract with the Rapides Parish School Board.
