Please take notice that the Governing Body of the City of Burlington is requesting proposals for Professional Services for Laboratory Testing Services for Water Monitoring for the City's potable water system for the term of January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. Checks should be made payable to Environmental Resolutions, Inc. If the bidder requires the documents to be mailed to them, there is an additional Fifteen Dollars and Zero Cents ($15.00) fee for postage. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, merit, and cost effectiveness, in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals. Proposals must include the standard Proposal Form contained within the Proposal Packet, in the manner designated therein and required by the instructions in the Proposal Packet. This RFP is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A:20.5 et seq. If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of the N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. seq. The City of Burlington reserves the right to (i) reject all proposals pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11- 13.2 and (ii) to waive minor informalities and/or non-material exceptions in any proposal should it be in the interest of the City to do so. Further, the City shall reject any proposal that contains material nonconformities or conditions, or which is materially nonresponsive. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
