RFP posted on our website for proposals that will be evaluated for Construction Manager/General Contractor. Project scope includes new construction of a 20,000 SF new academic/administration building, a new storage building, and expanded parking on the existing campus property. The project will include site development, utilities, parking, and paving, drives and infrastructure improvements. The building will consist of educational spaces to accommodate low bay technical college academic programs, administrative offices and required support spaces. The final phase will include demolition of the vacated administration building, abandoned utilities and adaptation of this space for parking, pedestrian walks, and green space.
