This project fabricates and installs Wayfinding signage throughout town. Sign types include parking directional, vehicular directional, pedestrian directional, destination identification, gateway signage, and bicycle signage. This project was identified as part of the Downtown Plan and Parking Study and is an extension of the Community Branding Study. The Wayfinding Signage Program provides consistent and attractive information to help residents and visitors discover and navigate to key destinations in town. As of November 12, 2024, this project is included in the Town of Apex's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and funding is allotted for FY 24-27. Further information regarding a design firm and timeline for construction has not yet been determined. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
