Renovation of a municipal facility in Apex, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Phase I of this project includes renovating the existing locker area and expand it into the adjacent space being vacated by Electrical Operations upon their move to a new facility off-campus. New, larger men`s and women`s locker rooms would be created, with more toilet fixtures, showers, and lockers in each space. Additionally, a single occupancy toilet and shower room would be added, as well as a larger janitorial space. In the wider and longer hallway serving these new spaces, more laundry drop-off and pick-up lockers would be made available. The project is include in the town's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
