The building was constructed in 1984 and has a concrete foundation. The eastern portion of the building is a single-story with a basement, and clay tiles cover the hip roof in this portion. The larger west portion of the building is two story, consisting of a partly below grade level and a fully above grade level with a low sloped built-up roof cover. Both building interiors are composed of drywall over wooden framing, textured ceilings, with a stucco exterior. Interior construction materials include drywall, wood paneling, carpeting, linoleum flooring, vinyl flooring, and parquet wood flooring. The roof is constructed of clay tiles and built-up roof cover. A 780 square foot detached two-car garage constructed in 2005. The garage has a concrete slab foundation. It contains an exposed painted concrete floor. In addition, the contractor shall remove: The asphalt-paved parking area and building sign. The fencing on the property, excluding the chain link fence on the eastern property border. The two 46.17-foot tall monopole radio broadcast towers and decommissioned dish antenna on concrete pad. Two additional concrete pads that formerly housed aboveground storage tanks. The contractor shall remove the building and all the trash, debris, equipment, fixtures, and fittings within the building. This shall also include the removal of all footings, foundations, and slabs.
