27 October 2023- Sources Sought for Emergency Utility Repair and Maintenance Program - Pueblo Chemical Depot, Pueblo, CO. PROJECT SUMMARY: Please see attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement Contractors and sub-contractors shall be licensed in CO according to the work they are performing. If applicable to a trade or profession, workers shall be licensed as required by local municipality or by the State of Illinois. Interested parties should reply with their information no later than 10:00am Central Standard Time on 01 November 2023. Information should include previous within scope project details, dates, and organizations that work was provided to, your business cage code, small business designation, and your business size status. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. The Government will not accept requests for meetings or briefings. No phone solicitations or email with regards to the status of the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be accepted prior to the solicitation release. Period of Performance. Period of performance shall be one (1) base year plus two (2) optional POPs of 12 months each.
