Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Questions must be entitled "Green & Edwards Reconstruction Project - RFI." A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the City of Benton Harbor will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. The owner reserves the right to reject any bids, waive any informality in bidding or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled opening without consent of the Owner.
