**As of January 18, 2024 there were no awards as there were no bidders. The project will be increased in size and rebid. Demolition of Residential Buildings The City of Benton Harbor is seeking qualified experienced Demolition Contractors to demolish and remove several residential buildings or piles of demolition debris at different locations in the City in accordance with the City's specifications. The locations of the units to be demolished and/or cleared are at 452 Maple, 410 Summit, 1297 Superior, and 1101 Union St., Benton Harbor, Ml 49022 Asbestos reviews and SHPO reviews have already been performed on these units. Bidders must be able to start demolition within 30 days and complete job within 30 days of starting the job.
