Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of renovating the existing tennis courts at Carronde Park in St. Joseph Charter Township through the removal and replacement of HMA, new court resurfacing, new nets, and the addition of pickleball courts. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, made payable to St. Joseph Charter Township will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. Technical questions must be submitted via email to: ceyerly@abonmarche.com and shall be entitled "Carronde Park Tennis Court Renovation - RFI."
