Site work and paving for a road / highway in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Berrien County Building and Grounds Department is seeking bids for site & paving at the BC Napier Health Dept. The WORK under this contract shall commence by May 1st, 2024 and must be completed by June 30th 2024. A certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Michigan payable without condition to Berrien County of Michigan or a satisfactory BID bond executed by the BIDDER and a surety company, in an amount equal to 5 percent (5%) of the BID shall be submitted with each BID over $100,000. The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price, for all projects over $50,000. The County of Berrien Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bid Proposals, to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities Therein, to Accept Proposals Other Than the Low Bid, and to Otherwise Act as Deemed to Be in Their Best Interest.
