Site work and paving for a road / highway in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of repairing high priority pavement areas, HMA removal and paving, HMA crack sealing, HMA sealcoating, and replacement of pavement markings. BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS & SECURITY Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Sealed bids bearing the project name, "2024 Lake Michigan College Pavement Repairs", as well as the name and address of the bidder shall be submitted to Lake Michigan College (Benton Harbor Campus), 2755 E Napier Ave, Benton Harbor, MI 49022. Bids are to be delivered to the campus mailroom in the Main Building, attention Sara VanderVeen. General Specifications, description and conditions upon which the bid proposal is to be based are on file for examination at the office of the Engineer, Abonmarche, 95 West Main Street, Benton Harbor, MI 49022. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, made payable to Lake Michigan College will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of the successful bidder All inquiries shall be directed to Abonmarche, attn.: Conner Eyerly at 269.605.4100 or via email: ceyerly@abonmarche.com. Technical questions must be submitted via email and shall be entitled "LMC 2024 PAVEMENT REPAIRS - RFI"
