Net classification required for this project is 392 L Control Sec Job No Federal No CM 11000 215336A 24A0507 MI DOT - 2406 008 - Traffic Signal Upgrades, Concrete Sidewalk and Ramps and Pavement Markings on Empire Avenue The Contractor shall start work on September 15, 2024 or on the date agreed upon with the Engineer. In no case shall any work be commenced prior to receipt of formal Notice of Award by the Department. All underground work must be completed no later than November 15, 2024. Final completion of the remaining above-ground and traffic signal work must be completed no later than June 13, 2025. Final completion shall include all restoration, project cleanup, and the project ready for final payment.
