Saving Project...

Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Largo, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all offers and to waive minor informalities. This project consists of the removal and disposal of the current seating chamber; and the purchase and installation of a new seating chamber. The proposer must provide shop and installation drawings for the project; however, the City will provide the permit drawings for the seating chamber. Due to the order of operations identified above, holding or otherwise storing of materials may be required to account for the other component's lead times. The Proposer should include in the submission an estimate for storage fees in the event this is necessary. If selected for round two evaluation, the City will request a sample of the seat being proposed to test for comfort and aesthetics. The cost of this sample, if any, should be included in the proposed costs.
