The City of St. Peters is seeking quotes for annual inspection and maintenance for the boilers at Rec Plex North and Rec Plex South. Deadline for RFQ's 10:00 a.m. local time, Wednesday, November 22, 2023 The last time for questions is before noon local time, Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Direct All Inquiries to: bids@stpetersmo.net . The City of St. Peters is seeking quotes from qualified Contractors for annual inspection and maintenance of the boilers in accordance with the specifications and requirements stated within. The City of St. Peters may include and/or exclude any and all optional items recommended by the bidder. The City reserves the right to waive informalities and to accept the bid most advantageous to the City of St. Peters. Contractor must have at least five (5) years of experience in providing repair, inspection, and maintenance services for light industrial and commercial boiler heating systems. The City will issue a Purchase Order to the awarded Contractor for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for three (3) additional one-year periods if both parties agree.
