The Professional Services Selection Committee will conduct a three-step selection process. - Step One: Evaluation of Qualifications and Management Plan (30%) Create a shortlist of firms to interview. Firms scoring 22.5 points or higher will be invited for interviews. - Step Two: Interviews (40%) - Step Three: Fee Proposal Evaluation (30%) Fee proposals can be submitted via online under Envelope #2. The contractor for the project must be a Utah Licensed General Contractor. Davis School District will enter into an agreement for the project with the successful Contractor. The Davis School District Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of the district.
