Kaysville City is seeking to contract with a CM/GC to complete the 200 North rebuild and transmission line project from Main Street to Country Lane in Kaysville, Utah. The 200 North roadway is a critical facility to the Kaysville City transportation system providing access from Highway 89 to I-15. This section of 200 North is a Kaysville City roadway and not owned by UDOT. The roadway is being designed for a full pavement rebuild including new borrow, road base, and asphalt and potentially utilizing additional stabilization measures. The project also includes adding curb, gutter, and sidewalk where it currently does not exist as well as replacing sections that are needing repair. The project will include storm drain improvements on the east end of the project. The storm drain improvements will include new storm drain pipe, inlets, and a detention/retention system. Upgrades to the Kaysville City culinary water system are included as part of the project. This includes approximately 5,800 LF of 16-inch transmission line, 7,600 LF of 8- distribution line, service lines and meter boxes.
