As of January 5, 2024, this project was awarded to Marks Construction Inc., awarded amount is $119,063.77. Sealed bid proposals will be received for the furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the project known as "Rocky River Stabilization at Huffman Cunningham Park", City of Medina Project Number 1098". Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, or a bid bond, in the amount of 10 percent of the total amount bid, made payable to the City of Medina, Ohio as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into with the City within thirty (30) days and its performance secured by a performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, and in default thereof, said check or bond will be forfeited to the City of Medina as liquidated damages. The City of Medina reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
