Site work for a water / sewer project in Apex, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will provide a connection between Castlewood and the Orchard Villa subdivisions with approximately 1,500 linear feet of 8" ductile iron water line and an additional 180 linear feet of 24-inch encasement pipe for the boring underneath US-64. As of November 9, 2023, this project is included in the Town of Apex's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and funding is allotted for FY 26-27 and FY 27-28. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
