Renovation of an office development in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,000-square-foot office development.
The State of Oregon acting by and through its Oregon State Lottery Commission ("Lottery") is seeking proposals from qualified contractors with experience in the recommendation and installation of flooring for Lottery's gaming operations department located at 500 Airport RD SE Salem, Oregon. Qualified flooring contractors ("Proposers") are requested to supply and install the flooring and related services as outlined Project Requirements. The requirements for this project are as follows: a. A large portion of the floor should be covered with a heavy duty vinyl, luxury vinyl tile or Contractor's recommendation. b. Remeaining flooring must be ESD tile type groundlock, 24x24 interlocking tile including copper grounding tape or equivalent. c. Approximately 900 linear feet of 4.5 toe base must be installed thoughout the area. d. Flooring must be low to no maintenance. e. Flooring must allow access to current walker ducts if needed..
